MyCarePal's Caregiver Payroll Process:

Initial client interview to determine care needs, as well as preferences in a caregiver

Assist you to obtain an employer identification number (EIN)

Refer caregivers with appropriate skills to the client for interviews, or assist the client to legally hire an existing caregiver

Complete Department of Justice Background checks for each caregiver to enhance client confidence in hiring their preferred caregiver

Provide client with a structured tool kit to manage their employee(s)

Assist to obtain Worker's Compensation insurance through a rider on your homeowner's insurance policy

Provide all services required to pay the caregiver in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as provide you with a guideline for the Department of Labor Wage Hours Rules

Provide you with year- end accounting of expenses to enhance tax benefits
