• Complete Department of Justice Background checks for each caregiver to enhance client confidence in hiring their preferred caregiver
  

• Provide client with a structured tool kit to manage their employee(s)
  

• Assist to obtain Worker's Compensation insurance through a rider on your homeowner's insurance policy
  

• Provide all services required to pay the caregiver in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as provide you with a guideline for the Department of Labor Wage Hours Rules
  

• Provide you with year- end accounting of expenses to enhance tax benefits
